The South Point Villas were originally created as private holiday homes by the owners beginning in 2004. Each property features antique doors and windows dating back to the eras when the Dutch conquered the South in 1640 and the British arrived in the 1800s, preserving the architectural charm of those periods.

South Point Villa was designed by renowned architect Murad Ismail, a protégé of Geoffrey Bawa, and reflects the elegance and serenity of tropical modernism.

South Point Abbey dates back to the Dutch colonial era and is believed to have been the residence of a native doctor. The villa retains the gracious charm of a colonial home and has been carefully restored by the owners to honor its history and character.

The remaining properties are the personal creations of the owner, who has a passion for designing his holiday homes. Each villa is thoughtfully crafted with  attention to detail, blending comfort, style, and charm to create an unforgettable holiday home.

The villas can be taken with or without staff

The reservations are personally handed by the owner. The dedicated team of staff takes over the duties at the properties. 

The manager will meet and greet the guest on arrival and introduce the staff. He is contactable and available anytime.
